Shipping policy

Please allow 10 business days for us to prepare & package your item(s) to prepare for shipping. Our shipping times may vary closer to the holidays with higher order volumes. (We are a small business, so each item is carefully inspected and packed prior to shipping.)

You'll receive an email confirmation with your order and tracking information once your order has shipped. Days in Transit are estimates and not guarantees.

We currently use USPS or UPS to ship, and delivery times are dependent on carrier policy and delays.  

USPS and UPS both have alerts for shipping times, so we encourage you to place the order with these potential delays in mind.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address entry or failed delivery attempts outside of our control.

 

UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME, WE DO NOT OFFER:

- International Shipping
- Saturday/Sunday delivery
- Holiday delivery
- Delivery to a PO Box, Military Post Office or Freight Forwarding Company
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico    

*Complimentary Shipping on orders over $350 is limited and excludes orders containing Pre-Order Art, Books, and any order that the shipping department deems highly fragile or oversized in nature. La Coveted Nest reserves the right to determine what falls under this category and will inform the customer before fulfilling shipment.

Damaged Merchandise 

We sincerely apologize if any part of your order arrives damaged. In the case that item(s) are damaged, it is the purchaser's responsibility to send proper documentation of the damage to receive a full refund/ replacement item. Proper documentation MUST include: A photo of the damaged item(s) clearly showing the damage AND a photo of the shipping box, regardless of its condition. Please note that one-of-a-kind vintage Hôtel Silver has been used and loved previously, adding to the charm and character of these lovely items. Photos should be sent to Shop@lacovetednest.com with the subject line DAMAGED ITEM (YOUR ORDER #). Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
